Priscilla is an excellent, dedicated and conscientious teacher. Great effort is made to change and develop the course each time – the handouts and dossiers are properly considered. I like the way the course is tailored to suit the particular mix of students.

Jean Merrylees

Excellent course as an introduction to creative writing. Learning how to critique others’ work was a huge benefit to me.

Gaynor Jackson

The course has opened my eyes to a completely different style of writing. I always aim with my copywriting work to be concise and to the point but have now learned about showing through the senses. Thank you, Priscilla!

Caroline Wells

The course has benefitted me enormously. I wanted to write more chapters of my book and this course has made that happen.

Julia Langfitt

The course has given me the structure and the tools to carry on writing with confidence.

David Benjamins

I really enjoyed all aspects of the course and have signed up again. The quality of teaching is excellent and the dynamic of the group inspiring.

Helen Beckett

I have found it really inspiring to meet others and to hear their ideas and learn different approaches to telling a story.

Claire Craigie

It’s definitely improved my understanding of writing technique and how to structure prose.

John Pollard

It’s a great course that packs a lot in – we get to examine pieces of writing, practise writing, learn the mechanics, get feedback on our own work and support others.

Julie McGuigan

Workshopping has been great. Each session has been helpful.

Rob Newson

The course got me writing again after years! It gave me lots of ideas and inspiration and practical guidance to improve my technique.

Jackie Williams

Being able to talk about a piece of writing with passionate writers and a skilled teacher is probably the most I have learnt about writing.

Liam Burke

It’s kicked my backside to stop procrastinating and start writing!
